Overview
The City Convalescent Home (Moore-Few Care Center) Board was established and it shall be equipped, maintained, and operated in the city for the care and treatment of the sick, disabled, aged, and infirm and to secure the general health of the city. Said city convalescent home shall be operated for this purpose and not for profit or revenue to the city, and there is hereby created for the control, management, and operation of the city convalescent home as an agency and department of the city. The board shall consist of five members, serving 3-year terms, no members will serve more than four terms.
