Gary Edwards has been in City Management for the past 30 years. Most of that time has been in Missouri, his home state. Gary is a fifth generation Missourian. He also has managed cities in Maricopa County, Arizona and San Patricio, County Texas on the gulf coast. In Texas he oversaw the 6 year recovery from category 4 Hurricane Harvey. In Missouri, Gary has been City Administrator for Sedalia and Ste. Genevieve, among other cities. Prior to entering city management Gary was Chief-of-Staff for a MIssouri Congressman and Chief-of-Staff for a Missouri Lt. Governor. For over 30 years Gary has been married to Catherine Baretich Edwards. He has five grown children.
