Resolution No. 1456 (PDF) - Approving an application submitted by Nevada Elks Lodge #564 for a limited permit picnic license for the sale of malt liquor for consumption on premises where sold on May 21, 2016.

Resolution No. 1457 (PDF) - Approving Fraternal Order of the Bears #538 DBA Jims Roadhouse to sell intoxicating liquor in excess of five percent of alcohol by weight, by the drink for consumption on the premises where sold.

Resolution No. 1458 (PDF) - To show support for the partnership between the City of Nevada, Kaysinger Basin Regional Planning Commission, the Vernon County Commission, the Nevada Chamber of Commerce, the Vernon County Cities of Sheldon and Walker, and the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Community Development Initiative Program to create and fund a countrywide and regionally affiliated economic development position.

Resolution No. 1463 (PDF) - Approving liquor license applications to sell intoxicating liquor in the original package from August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017.

Resolution No. 1464 (PDF) - Approving Capri Bowl Family Fun Center application to sell malt liquor in excess of 3.2 percent alcohol by weight and not in excess of five percent by weight or light wines containing not in excess of 14 percent alcohol by weight, by the drink for consumption on premises where sold from August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017.

Resolution No. 1465 (PDF) - Approving Delaney Vineyard & Winery LLC application to manufacture wine or brandy in the City not in excess of eighteen percent for wine, or not in excess of thirty-four percent of alcohol for brandy from August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017.

Resolution No. 1466 (PDF) - Approving Missouri Eagle LLC liquor license application to operate and maintain a wholesale place of business or warehouse located within the City from August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017.

Resolution No. 1467 (PDF) - Approving liquor license applications to sell intoxicating liquor in the original package from August 3, 2016 through July 31, 2017.

Resolution No. 1468 (PDF) - Approving NPC International, Inc. application to sell malt liquor by the drink for consumption on premises where sold from August 3, 2016 through July 31, 2017.

Resolution No. 1469 (PDF) - Authorizing a waiver from the provisions of Section 23-26, discharge of firearms and Section 2-23, closing hours of the Parks of the City of Nevada, Missouri in conjunction with the Missouri Osage Territory Muzzleloaders Black Powder Competition to be held September 9, 10. and 11, 2016 at Marmaduke Park.

Resolution No. 1470 (PDF) - Authorizing a waiver from the provision of Section 23-26, discharge of firearms and Section 5-26 (2), dogs at large of the City of Nevada, Missouri in conjunction with the National Wild Turkey Federation Youth Event to be held September 24, 2016 at Marmaduke Park.

Resolution No. 1472 (PDF) - Approving JJC Restaurants LLC DBA I don’t Care Burrito and Taco Shack to sell intoxicating liquor by the drink for consumption on the premises where sold.
