ADA Issue or Question

NOTE:  The City of Nevada's ADA Coordinator is only responsible for city ran facilities.

We pledge to communicate effectively with you regardless of any disability involving speech, vision, hearing, mobility/physical, learning/developmental, or behavioral/social disorder.

We want all citizens to be able to participate in the programs, services, and activities offered by The City of Nevada and to receive the benefits offered by your city government. If you're a qualified individual with a disability, it's also your right!

Therefore we've designated an ADA Coordinator, to ensure that all of our programs, services, and activities, viewed in their entirety, are accessible and usable by citizens with disabilities. You will not be excluded from participating in any City program or activity and you will not be denied the benefits of anything we offer because of a disability.

Passengers with disabilities may request modifications to current city public transportation service procedures to access the service. To make a request, please call the Public Transportation Department at 417-448-5500 or email us your request. Please submit requests at least the day before the trip.

Please contact us if you have any questions about our ADA policies, want to ask about your rights and remedies, or file a written grievance alleging non-compliance under the ADA.
